During your Relaxing treatment
A Relaxing massage should be a tranquil escape from the pressures of your daily life. Adjust the lighting and temperature in the room where you will receive your treatment to make sure you are completely comfortable. Before your massage you will remove your clothes (except for underwear), and lie on the table covered by a towel. Your therapist will use soothing high-quality oil to gently release areas of tension.
Inspired by a Swedish massage, your therapist will use the long, slow strokes and kneading movements of effleurage and petrissage. Special attention will be paid to the head, face, neck and face, for a full body experience.
After your Relaxing massage
Even though this type of massage has a light touch, you may still feel slightly sore in places where tension was released. Should you feel any aches after your treatment, take a warm bath and be sure to drink plenty of water.
